Teacher's Aide - Westfield, Indiana

Qualifications:

• Associate degree required
• Previous experience supporting school-age students preferred
• Background working with behavioral needs is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students, assisting them with academic, behavioral, and social needs under the supervision of licensed educators
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) or behavior intervention plans (BIPs), as directed
• Assist with classroom activities, one-on-one or small group instruction, and classroom management
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and administrators to facilitate an inclusive and productive classroom atmosphere
• Monitor student progress and share observations with the educational team to continually adapt supports
