• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant college coursework or certifications in education or special education a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students according to teacher plans
• Assist with classroom activities, reinforcing lessons and helping manage behaviors
• Support students with special needs, ensuring accommodations and modifications are met
• Help with supervision of students in and out of the classroom, including during transitions and meal times
• Maintain confidentiality and a professional attitude at all times
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and engaging learning atmosphere
