Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
• Ability to assist with classroom management and provide one-on-one or small group support

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in education is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to students under the guidance of the classroom teacher
• Assist with classroom activities, assignments, and learning materials
• Support students requiring additional guidance, including those with special needs
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging, and safe environment for all learners
• Monitor classroom behavior and help reinforce positive interactions
• Prepare materials and resources as needed for lessons and activities
• Contribute to progress documentation and student records as requested
