Role Overview:

• Engage with middle school students to provide instructional and behavioral support within the classroom and during school activities
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and special education professionals to implement individualized learning plans
• Assist students with academic tasks, encourage positive social interactions, and help maintain a productive classroom atmosphere
• Support general classroom management and ensure a safe, encouraging learningf environment
• Communicate regularly with educators about each student's progress, needs, and achievements
