Four passionate paraprofessionals are needed to join a supportive team. You will have the opportunity to work directly with high school-aged students who have mild to moderate needs, providing assistance in one-on-one, small-group, and classroom settings. This role invites individuals who are ready to foster growth, encourage independence, and be a consistent, positive presence throughout the school day.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• High school diploma (required)
• Previous experience working as a paraprofessional or in a school setting preferred
• Genuine interest in working with high school students, particularly those with mild to moderate learning or behavioral challenges
• Ability to follow teacher instructions and implement educational plans
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to students in classroom, small group, and individualized settings
• Assist with academic assignments, classroom routines, and social development
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to monitor student progress
• Support behavior management plans and facilitate student engagement
