Instructional Assistant - Wheaton, IL

• Patience, flexibility, and a collaborative attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom management and instructional tasks
• Support individual students or small groups under teacher supervision
• Help implement lesson plans and modify activities for varying learning needs
• Foster a positive, respectful, and safe learning environment
• Supervise students during non-classroom times as needed (e.g., lunch, recess, transitions)
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school district policies
