Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in a paraprofessional or classroom support role is preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers and staff
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in education is a plus
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a supportive attitude
• A genuine desire to help students with diverse needs and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in classroom management and instruction
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations
• Supervise students in classroom, lunchroom, and recreational settings
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere
• Support daily classroom operations through organization and preparation
