Qualifications:

• Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational or caregiving setting
• Understanding of classroom management techniques

• Associate’s degree, completed paraprofessional training, or equivalent work experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students during instructional activities

• Support students with special needs to facilitate their access to the curriculum and classroom activities
• Prepare educational materials and organize learning resources
