Key Responsibilities:

• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations
• Support classroom activities, including preparing instructional materials and supervising students during transitions or breaks
• Foster a safe, encouraging environment where every student feels valued and understood
• Communicate student progress and concerns to teachers and appropriate staff
