What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a paraprofessional, teacher assistant, or support aide in educational settings
• Strong communication skills for working with students, teachers, and families
• Patience, adaptability, and a caring approach when assisting children with different learning styles and needs
• Ability to implement instructional activities under teacher guidance
• Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and building positive relationships
• Flexibility to assist in various classroom and school environments as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus)

• Support students during lessons—individually and in groups—by reinforcing the teacher’s instructions
• Assist with classroom management, organization, and transitions
