You'll provide classroom assistance, accompany students throughout their school day, and deliver essential care—including toileting support if needed. Flexible full-time schedules are available: choose from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm or 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, depending on assignment.

Requirements:

• Meet one of the following criteria:
  • Two years of postsecondary study
  • An associate degree or higher
  • At least a high school diploma and willingness to complete 8 hours of onboarding coursework
• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or Personal Care Assistant is valued
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting students with disabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and the broader school team
• Readiness to assist with personal care as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized support for students with disabilities in academic and non-academic settings
• Assist with daily routines, including personal needs and transitions throughout the school day
• Build rapport and encourage independence among students
