Instructional Aide in Williamstown, MA

Step into a supportive educational environment and make a meaningful contribution as a Paraprofessional. In this full-time, contract role, you will work closely with students and staff from now through the end of the academic year (approximately June 20th). You'll be based at an elementary school, contributing your skills to provide vital support to both students and teachers.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or Behavioral Technician is highly valued
• Familiarity with elementary school settings
• Ability to build rapport with students, demonstrating patience and empathy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Offer one-on-one or small group assistance to students, supporting their academic and social development
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement classroom activities and behavior plans
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators
• Assist with classroom organization and materials preparation
• Foster a safe, positive, and respectful environment for all learners
