Your typical schedule would be Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., providing valuable work/life balance while making a difference during the school day.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience supporting students as a paraprofessional, particularly in school settings
• Comfort working with K-2 students, including students with special needs
• Ability to provide both classroom resource support and in-class assistance
• Compassion, patience, and a collaborative approach
• Adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic educational environments
• Readiness to provide custodial care and 1:1 support, including the ability to work alongside a school nurse when needed

What You'll Do:

• Assist teachers and special education staff with classroom activities and individualized educational plans
• Provide direct, hands-on support to students, with a primary focus on grades K-2 (resource room and in-class)
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
• Support students with special needs, including 1:1 care and supervision as directed by staff or a nurse
• Adapt to evolving student and school needs, taking initiative to respond where help is needed most
