Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of paraprofessional experience in an educational setting
  • Current ESEA (Every Student Succeeds Act) endorsement required
  • Experience working with K-12 school-aged children
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students and staff
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct academic and behavioral support to students, individually and in small groups
  • Assist classroom teachers with lesson implementation and classroom management
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment that encourages participation and growth
  • Adapt to various classroom assignments and student needs across K-12 caseloads
  • Actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school-wide initiatives
