• Experience supporting students in classroom environments, particularly at the preschool or elementary level

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with teachers and specialists to provide academic and behavioral support to students in the classroom
• Assist in lesson implementation, individualized instruction, and small group activities

• Support students’ individual learning needs as outlined in educational plans, including those requiring additional assistance
• Foster positive relationships among students, encouraging social and academic growth
• Communicate progress, concerns, and achievements to teachers and families as needed
