In this contract role, you’ll collaborate with dedicated educators and foster positive outcomes for a small group of students with individualized needs. As a PCA/Paraprofessional, your adaptability and compassion will help create an inclusive and encouraging environment for all.

What we’re seeking:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar support role preferred
• Comfort and flexibility providing personal care, including toileting as needed
• Ability to assist students academically, both individually and in small groups
• Experience supporting students with IEPs is highly valued
• Professionalism, patience, and a student-centered approach
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Key responsibilities:

• Offer direct support to students with IEPs within the general education setting
• Provide assistance with academics, adapting materials and instruction as directed by classroom teachers
• Deliver personalized care, including toileting and personal hygiene support as required
• Encourage positive behavior, model appropriate social skills, and foster student independence
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to implement IEP accommodations
• Monitor student progress and communicate relevant information to instructional staff
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom atmosphere

This contract assignment runs Monday through Friday from August 26, 2026, to June 15, 2027, during regular school hours (8:40 am to 3:33 pm). The location offers a welcoming atmosphere where your contributions make a daily impact.
