Soliant has an opening for a contracted Registered Behavior Technician in the Windsor, CT area. This position is for the 2026-2027 School Year.

Qualifications:
• Previous Experience with ABA programs

• Experience working with children with special needs

Skills & Abilities
• Proficient in implementing behavior intervention plans utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA)
techniques.
• Skilled in data collection and analysis to monitor student progress and make data-driven
decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students,
parents, and school staff.

Compensation for this position ranges from $16.85 to $32.85. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
