Behavior Technician

We are seeking an experienced Behavior Technician for a full-time, full school year position (summers included) within a local school district.

Position Details:

• Full-Time (FT), Year-Round (including summer)
• School-based setting
• Local school district

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Collect data and track student progress
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff

Requirements:

• Strong behavior experience required
• Previous school or ABA experience preferred
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors and follow plans consistently
