Key Qualifications:

• Experience as a paraprofessional or similar role in an educational setting
• Understanding of classroom management techniques and individual student needs
• Ability to assist with instructional tasks under the direction of licensed staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for supporting student growth
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework or degree preferred)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student information

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support students with academic assignments and classroom activities
• Assist in implementing individualized education plans and behavioral strategies
• Supervise students during classroom transitions, lunch, or recess
• Provide one-on-one or small group support for learners
• Help maintain an organized and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and other paraprofessionals as needed
• Monitor and report student progress and behavior to supervising staff
