Positions begin August 31, 2026, and continue through June 10, 2027. Schedules vary by school level, with most roles averaging 32 hours per week during standard school hours, Monday through Friday. Choose from high school (8:00 AM–2:15 PM), middle school (7:05 AM–2:00 PM), or elementary school (either 8:30 AM–3:00 PM or 9:15 AM–3:30 PM) based on your preference.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold current RI TA Certification or CNA with prior schools experience
- Enthusiasm for working with children and collaborating within educational teams
- Ability to adapt to varied grade levels and support diverse learning environments
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive attitude
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver instructional support under the guidance of classroom teachers
- Foster an inclusive, nurturing atmosphere where all students can thrive
- Assist students with academic tasks, behavioral reinforcement, and daily routines
- Contribute to the classroom by preparing materials, supervising transitions, and supporting students with special needs as necessary
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
