Paraprofessional

We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Paraprofessional to join a local school district team. This role supports teachers and students in both academic and behavioral settings to help create a positive learning environment.

Position Details:

• Full-Time
• School-based role
• Classroom support across general and special education settings

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities
• Provide 1:1 and small group student support
• Support student behavior and social-emotional needs
• Help maintain a structured and positive classroom environment
• Assist with data collection and documentation as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required (associate’s or bachelor’s preferred)
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude
