Qualifications
Previous paraprofessional or school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to follow teacher direction and adapt to student needs
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children
Understanding of student confidentiality and professional boundaries
Responsibilities
Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily activities
Support students with academic tasks and learning objectives
Implement IEP goals and behavior support plans as directed
Maintain a positive, safe, and organized classroom environment
Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other school activities
Provide additional support to students requiring individualized assistance
