Responsibilities

• Provide classroom and student support under teacher supervision
• Assist students with academic, behavioral, and daily classroom activities
• Support implementation of IEP goals and accommodations
• Help maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and school staff to meet student needs

Qualifications

• Previous school, childcare, special education, or behavioral support experience preferred
• Comfortable working with students with varying academic and developmental needs
• Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills
• Must meet Michigan and district paraprofessional requirements
