Multiple positions are available for paraprofessionals to work on-site, specifically supporting Special Education programs. The term extends from September 1, 2026, through June 3, 2027. Key Qualifications:

• Highly Qualified status with an associate’s degree or Paraeducator certification
• Experience in a school or special education setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students, educators, and families

• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of an educational team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide academic and behavioral support under the direction of licensed educators
• Assist students with classroom activities, transitions, and individualized learning plans
• Uphold a safe and respectful learning environment by following established protocols
• Document student progress and communicate insights with staff as needed
• Help with small-group instruction and supervise students during non-classroom periods

There are immediate openings for two paraprofessionals in Setting IV – Special Education, offering 7-hour workdays for a total of 35 hours per week in a collaborative Red Wing, MN location.
