Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Adaptability and proactive problem-solving approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans of care for students
- Deliver direct and consultative PT services according to IEP/504 plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student potential
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Adhere to school policies and state/federal regulations
