Desired Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist

• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans of care for students
• Deliver direct and consultative PT services according to IEP/504 plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student potential
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Adhere to school policies and state/federal regulations
