School-Based Physical Therapist - Algonquin, IL

Step into a rewarding contract role dedicated to enhancing the lives of students across K-12! This onsite, part-time position (15 hours per week, spread over 2 days) begins with orientation on August 3 & 4, and runs through May 20, 2027. You’ll start just in time to welcome students back for an enriching school year.

Leverage your skills to provide physical therapy services in both resource and self-contained settings, ensuring that students receive the support and opportunities they need to thrive. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid PT license in the state or eligible to obtain
• Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized physical therapy services to students K-12
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement student goals
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Participate in regular collaboration and process improvement meetings
• Engage in performance reviews and continuous improvement activities
