What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with current credentials in Michigan (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior pediatric or school-based experience highly desired
• Comfort working with children from infancy to high school age, or specialization in a particular age range
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, caregivers, and related service providers
• Ability to manage a caseload of 35-40 students, maintaining organized and effective documentation

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop customized therapy plans for students with varied needs
• Deliver direct therapy services within school and early childhood environments
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions to best support each student’s functional goals
• Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to promote carryover of therapeutic strategies
• Maintain consistent and compliant documentation as required by state and program guidelines
• Participate in educational and interdisciplinary team meetings
