School-Based Physical Therapist - Andover, MA

Providing in-home physical therapy services within Andover, MA, this role supports K-12 students throughout the academic year under a contract arrangement. The position involves delivering two 60-minute sessions per week, tailored to meet the individual needs of students in their home environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home physical therapy sessions for K-12 students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessments.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
• Adhere to all applicable regulations and best practices in school-based therapy.

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in pediatric or school-based settings.
