Key Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Michigan
- Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is preferred

- Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and schedules efficiently
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine student needs and develop tailored intervention plans
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with educators to support students’ functional mobility throughout the school day
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for goal setting and progress tracking
- Educate school staff and families on strategies to support student mobility and access
