Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Minnesota Physical Therapist (PT) license required; must be submitted along with your resume for consideration
- Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
- Ability to adapt to a pending caseload and provide high-quality coverage during a maternity leave
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in working independently and as part of an educational team
- Willingness to commit onsite Monday through Friday, approximately 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and supportive interventions to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Engage in data collection and progress monitoring to document student outcomes
- Partner with teachers, staff, and families to promote motor skills development and classroom participation
- Adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs within your caseload
- Maintain thorough documentation and uphold compliance with all district and state regulations
