Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Minnesota Physical Therapist (PT) license required; must be submitted along with your resume for consideration
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
  • Ability to adapt to a pending caseload and provide high-quality coverage during a maternity leave
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in working independently and as part of an educational team
  • Willingness to commit onsite Monday through Friday, approximately 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy and supportive interventions to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Engage in data collection and progress monitoring to document student outcomes
  • Partner with teachers, staff, and families to promote motor skills development and classroom participation
  • Adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs within your caseload
  • Maintain thorough documentation and uphold compliance with all district and state regulations
