In this role, you’ll collaborate with education professionals and families to help students develop, improve, or restore movement and functional ability. You’ll work closely with a compassionate team in a school-based environment, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet each student's individual goals.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Current Physical Therapist license (California state or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children or within an educational setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for family and team collaboration
  • Ability to develop and implement customized treatment plans
  • Excellent organization and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ physical therapy needs and create goal-oriented plans
  • Deliver direct therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Consult with teachers and staff to support student participation in the classroom
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with relevant regulations
