Physical Therapist - School Setting in Antioch, IL

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain).
• Prior experience providing PT services in a school environment preferred.

• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Exceptional communication skills for working with students, parents, and staff.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students’ PT needs.
• Create and carry out individualized interventions and treatment plans.
• Support students in improving mobility, strength, functional independence, and participation in school routines.
• Maintain thorough records of progress and collaborate on IEPs.
• Work closely with teachers, aides, and families to maximize student growth.
• Provide training, guidance, and recommendations to school staff as needed.
