Key Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license is required
- Experience providing physical therapy in school settings preferred, but not mandatory

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to K-12 students, addressing both direct and indirect needs
- Assess students’ physical and functional abilities using up-to-date evaluation methods
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans targeting each student’s educational and developmental goals
- Partner with teachers, special education staff, and parents to maximize student participation and success in school programs
- Maintain detailed documentation, progress notes, and reports compliant with school policies and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations for accommodations and modifications as appropriate
