School-Based Physical Therapist - Arlington Heights, IL

Orientation kicks off on August 3 and 4, with students returning August 7, 2026. The contract runs through May 20, 2027.

Your experience will be elevated by ongoing mentorship and support, including a "Buddy Program" designed for new hires to ensure a thorough and welcoming start. Access to a same-discipline supervisor will be readily available, empowering you with guidance for growth and effective problem-solving.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to adapt and respond to diverse student needs
• Commitment to ongoing learning and development

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to students, supporting their educational goals
• Participate in scheduled collaboration time including monthly meetings and roundtable discussions
