Physical Therapist - School Setting in Arlington, TX

Key Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license from ECPTOTE
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in an educational environment
• Strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and student needs
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to a dynamic caseload ranging from 35–50 students, tailoring support based on the intensity of individual needs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to foster student success and inclusion
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide consultations, progress updates, and recommendations to support ongoing student development within the school community
