Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist through ECPTOTE
• Previous experience with school-aged populations (K-12 preferred)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse abilities and caseload sizes
• High level of organization and documentation efficiency
• Compassion, patience, and dedication to pediatric therapy

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to a caseload of roughly 35-50 students, adjusting support based on individual and group needs
• Conduct assessments, design interventions, and implement treatment plans targeting mobility, motor skills, and access to learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to goal setting, and maintain compliance with state and federal special education guidelines
• Collaborate closely with other therapists, educators, and support staff to deliver holistic care
• Provide education and guidance to families and school staff to optimize carryover and student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
