You’ll provide vital therapy services in a collaborative educational environment, working 20 hours per week and making a real difference throughout the academic year. The position runs from August 12, 2026, to June 3, 2027.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and school staff
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEPs
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver physical therapy services to students according to IEP goals and district guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to enhance student outcomes
  • Conduct assessments, document progress, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Provide training and resources to classroom staff regarding student mobility and equipment
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations and school policies
  • Participate in eligibility, team, and parent meetings when required
