Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current and valid PT license in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions for students from kindergarten through high school

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized assessments to determine students’ therapy needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans within the school setting
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student access and participation
• Document student progress and contribute to IEP meetings as required
• Provide direct and consultative services for a varied K-12 caseload
