What we're seeking:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), in good standing
• Previous experience working within a school setting is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for partnering with educators, parents, and fellow therapists
• Compassionate and enthusiastic about supporting students’ developmental and functional outcomes
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans

What you’ll do:

• Provide expert physical therapy services to students, assessing needs and setting achievable goals
• Develop and monitor treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique strengths and challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success and inclusion
• Accurately document progress and maintain compliance with all school and state guidelines
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to a positive, student-focused environment
