Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Physical Therapist license.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families.
  • Ability to adapt and tailor therapy strategies to diverse student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and screenings for students.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans in coordination with educational staff.
  • Support and document progress toward IEP goals.
  • Educate caregivers and school personnel on safe and effective mobility techniques.
  • Provide direct therapy services individually or in group settings.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert input on student needs and progress.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation in accordance with district and regulatory standards.
