Step into an impactful contract opportunity for the 2025/2026 school year serving K-12 students as a Physical Therapist in a supportive educational setting near Ballwin, MO. This full-time role (36 hours per week, 7 hours per day) runs from ASAP through May 22, 2026, providing consistent engagement and lasting connections with students and staff.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current Physical Therapist (PT) license, with eligibility to practice in school environments
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-age populations
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and goal development
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other school professionals
  • Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable in managing a diverse caseload
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students’ physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment goals
  • Deliver direct physical therapy services to a caseload ranging from 30–60 students weekly, adjusted according to each student’s abilities and intervention requirements
  • Participate as an active member in IEP meetings, offering insights and professional guidance
  • Monitor student growth and produce quarterly progress reports related to therapy goals
  • Establish and maintain an effective weekly schedule, accommodating student and staff needs
  • Provide consultation and education to school staff to support student success within the school environment
