School-Based Physical Therapist - Ballwin, Missouri

Key Requirements:

• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license (required)
• Prior experience in a school setting is highly preferred
• Sound understanding of pediatric therapy principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other school professionals
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support students with diverse physical needs
• Deliver direct therapy services as specified by IEPs and 504 plans
• Consult regularly with teachers, aides, and families to promote carryover of strategies in the classroom and at home
• Track student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide training and education to school staff as needed to implement accommodations and safe movements
