School-Based Physical Therapist - Battle Creek, Michigan

This is a full-time opportunity (35-40 hours per week), where you will work within schools in a dynamic regional network—including Climax-Scotts, Comstock, Parchment, Gull Lake, and Galesburg-Augusta areas.

Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience or strong interest in delivering PT services within a school-based setting
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and school reporting requirements
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt interventions for diverse developmental and physical needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students referred for physical therapy services
• Provide direct PT interventions based on individualized plans, supporting student access and participation
• Accurately document services, assessments, progress, and service notes according to school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed, contributing expert recommendations and updates
• Travel to assigned campuses within the outlined area to deliver in-person services
