Qualifications & Experience:
- Active South Carolina Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations, ideally in a school setting
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to varied caseloads and school environments
- Commitment to providing exclusively onsite (in-person) service delivery
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals and school district guidelines
- Assess, plan, and implement therapy programs that help students achieve functional independence
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards
- Travel between assigned school locations as needed within the district
