Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold a current California Physical Therapist license
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within school environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively with students, educators, and families

  • Open to both early-career and seasoned PTs eager to make an impact

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ gross motor abilities and design individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver physical therapy services per IEP goals and district guidelines
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
  • Provide training and guidance for school staff and families to reinforce therapy strategies in the classroom and at home
