Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for students with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school professionals to support student success.
- Conduct assessments and provide timely, comprehensive evaluations.
- Contribute to IEP meetings with clear documentation and professional recommendations.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapies to maximize outcomes.
- Provide training to staff on appropriate interventions and safe practices.
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
- Previous experience in a school setting, ideally with children and adolescents.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration with school teams and families.
- Ability to effectively prioritize, organize, and manage a dynamic caseload.
