Physical Therapist - School Setting in Bernalillo, NM

What We’re Looking For:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings preferred
• Strong evaluation and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability when working with students with varied needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for one student, ensuring all necessary assessments and documentation are completed accurately
• Deliver direct physical therapy services to two students for a total of 60 minutes per week, focused on personalized goals and progress
• Develop individualized treatment plans, providing ongoing support and adjusting interventions as needed
• Track and report progress, contributing to IEP meetings and communicating regularly with teachers and parents or guardians
• Maintain necessary records in compliance with school and district requirements
