Physical Therapist - School Setting in Bonita Springs, FL

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required
• Active Physical Therapist license issued by the Florida Department of Health
• Experience working with school-age children is highly valued
• Must complete fingerprinting per state regulations; familiarity with AHCA Clearinghouse process is a plus
• Ability to travel between campuses within the district
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Position Highlights:

• Work on-site (no virtual options) in a collaborative school setting
• Serve an itinerant caseload across various schools, supporting students with diverse needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in line with IEPs
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams including teachers and specialists
• Provide direct physical therapy, report on student progress, and assist with adaptive equipment needs
• Offer services to students across all grade levels, ensuring continuity of care
