- Previous experience in a school-based or contract setting a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ physical therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in coordination with educational goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and allied professionals
- Document sessions and progress according to school and legal standards
- Educate staff and families on therapy techniques and home programs to maximize independence and classroom participation
