Qualifications:

• Current state physical therapy license or eligibility to obtain one before starting
• Experience with pediatric or school-based populations is a plus, but recent grads and those new to the setting are welcome and supported
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate closely with staff, families, and students
• Adaptability and a passion for making a difference in student learning and participation

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate seamlessly with teachers, support staff, and families to support student achievement
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for all interventions and communications
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations for student growth and success
