Assignment Details:
- Dates: July 6th – August 3rd
- Schedule: Approximately 3 days per week
- Type: Contract position supporting ESY programming
What We're Looking For:
- Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in educational settings
- Ability to design and implement individualized therapy interventions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with educators and families
- Flexibility and creativity in supporting a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Conduct assessments and develop targeted treatment plans to support each student’s goals
- Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and parents to ensure consistency of care
- Document student progress and maintain timely, accurate records
- Participate in team meetings and contribute professional insights for student success
