Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Massachusetts
- Previous experience working in a school environment preferred
- Strong ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services to students across various age groups and needs
- Perform assessments, maintain thorough documentation, and track student progress aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, related service providers, and families to support each student’s educational and developmental goals
- Adapt therapy plans and interventions to best fit classroom settings and student schedules
